Spotlight® on SQL Server Enterprise

	Alarm Notification – Improve responsiveness to resource bottlenecks, job failures and other operational anomalies with real-time alerts, the ability to run a program in response to an alarm and to send email notifications to multiple recipients.
	Historical Playback – Historical playback allows DBAs to use the Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise interface for up to seven days as though they were diagnosing a problem in real-time.
	Custom Reporting and Trending – DBAs are provided a clear understanding of almost any area of concern in their enterprise through integrated views, client-side reports, and the Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise Report pack. This increased visibility enables DBAs to gain a complete view of operating system and instance health, activity trends and database capacity over time. 	SQL Analysis and Xpert Tuning – The SQL Analysis immediately highlights SQL being executed that does not conform to a set of user-defined performance criteria. Integration with Quest SQL Optimizer for SQL Server allows DBAs to immediately tune, benchmark and investigate indexing strategies for problematic SQL.
	Wait-State Analysis – Diagnosing Wait Statistics allows DBAs to easily determine where waits are occurring and what is causing the event.

	Enterprise Configuration Management – Diagnostic Server configuration is centralized, while still allowing individual connection customization.		Management Views - Increase management efficiency by seeing a complete view of related metrics in one interface both in real time and historically.
	Spotlight Statistics Repository – Configure long-term metric data storage for historical trending and capacity planning initiatives.		Eliminate Scripts – Simplify database management by eliminating the need for writing and updating diagnostic scripts.
	Easy integration - Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise snaps into Quest's Foglight for 24x7 monitoring of applications and databases.		Windows-only connections views – Add Windows-only connections to Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise views.
